We are a well-funded security start-up company based in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Barcelona. Our mission is to change the standard communication from unencrypted to encrypted. Our solutions will be used by anyone, from individuals to large organizations and governments.
To extend our international and growing team we are looking for an:
Technical Windows Support Engineer (2nd Level)
This position is located in our central Barcelona office.The position will start with work from home but as soon as restrictions is lifted the role will be office based together with the rest of the team.
The ideal candidate has excellent (in-depth) knowledge in Windows and is comfortable working with macOS and Linux. To troubleshoot and diagnose problems you are used to tools like Process Monitor and Dependency Walker. There might also be support cases on our mobile applications on Android and iOS. We are looking for somebody that likes to tinker with computers, networks and mobile phones and are not afraid to learn new things. For now, we have a suite of email clients and plug-ins that allows for effortless encryption, but we are also expanding into other different exiting products.
