IT Service Desk and QA Engineer (German & English)

To extend our international and fast growing team we are looking for an:

IT Service Desk and QA Engineer (German & English)

This position is located in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate has a broad IT knowledge, is customer focused, exceptionally organized and stress resistant. Your main goal is to keep customers happy and improve our products by reporting issues to our developers.

Job description
  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from customers
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to external customers
  • Handling, tracking, dispatching and escalation of customer requests
  • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress in a timely manner
  • Perform testing of our applications and reproduce issues reported by customers
  • Ensure quality of our products before new releases
  • Maintain the knowledge base
Job qualifications

We're looking forward to applications from people, which at least have the following skills:

  • Fluency in English and German is a must, any other language is a plus
  • Knowledge of solutions / technologies like MS Outlook, Android, iOS, E-Mail (IMAP, ActiveSync, Exchange), PGP, Mobile Device Management
  • Profound IT knowledge
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a large organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in autonomy
  • Ability to follow up on incidents and to set priorities
  • Service minded and result oriented
  • Enjoy team work
